QUALIFICATION:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
At least 1 (one) to 3 (three) years and more than years of experience in accounting or finance- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Excel
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in supervising and leading a team
Experience in budgeting and forecasting- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Supervise and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting- Develop and maintain accounting procedures and policies to comply with regulations and company standards
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements
Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support decision making
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency
