ROLE SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in the overall management of reports for BPS-Cluster
- The incumbent takes charge with the account's budget monitoring and overall compliance with different audit bodies. As a position of trust, it is expected that s/he handles sensitive business data with full discretion and confidentiality.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Extracts and books the pay register after 1st payout and monthly pay register on a designated cut-off every month to timely update the trial balance.
- Transcribes monthly entity level reports to the prescribed management monthly reports as required by VP-Finance for submission to Finance Manager for review.
Prepares production related reports as requested and required by respective top management of handled accounts, to assist the operations with addressing concerns that have financial impact.- Ensures all sales invoices are billed to the clients periodically and reviews the submitted aging of receivables report to ensure timely collection.
Monitors all disbursing requests in the company's systems including requests filed outside the prescribed system to ensure that requests of handled accounts are processed and released on a timely manner.
- Serves as the Document Custodian of the section to ensure that section's operation is within the interdepartmental concurred policies and procedures.
Champions ISO Compliance of the section to ensure compliance with EMS, ISMS and QMS.- Supervises team members performance by closely monitoring transactions to provide timely and quality performance feedback and developmental strategies.
Addresses IAD findings by providing sound assessment, and proposing closure resolution to prevent occurrence and mitigate risks.
- Conducts regular performance coaching and reviews, provides objective feedback, and documents progress of direct reports to ensure effective and responsive delivery of services.
Establishes and implements a development plan for team members that may include training and coaching, and other development strategies in order to enable and reinforce competencies required to perform well and achieve targets.- Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.
Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Financial Management or other related courses.- At least 5 years of work experience with solid background in handling General and Financial Accounting.
At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience and/or of related capacity.
- At least 2 years of experience doing Business Development feasibility studies.
