Finance & Statutory Compliance Assistant

Molex is seeking a Finance & Statutory Compliance Assistant that will support the team on compliance and finance-related tasks.

What You Will Do in Your Role

• Liaise with LC team to ensure compliance with government requirements and deadlines.
• Be up to date on government rulings and cascade any new information to all
• concerned timely
• Support global team on tax audit and external audit requirements.
• Serve as link of local team with global on Finance related matters (AP/Treasury, FA, GL).
• Assist in the asset disposal process
• Support GBS on Fixed Asset related matters.

The Experience You Will Bring

• Experience in audits

What Will Put You Ahead:

BS in Accountancy or any equivalent.

Wide knowledge in Philippine regulations, particularly BIR, PEZA, SEC and BOC

Basic knowledge in SAP and good computer skills, particularly in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Basic knowledge of general accounting operations.

Analytical skills.
