Job description- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain & ensures completeness and accuracy of accounting systems & record keeping on a regular basis.
- Prepares accurate & timely accounting & financial reports.
In charge of Accounts Payable Trade, recording, checking of completeness of documents and check preparation.- Records monthly accruals, depreciation and amortization.
Monitors increase / decrease in expenses.
We are looking for a full-time individual who has passion in talking and dealing with people, customer advocate, a seller, cheerful personality, system & process oriented, responsible, embody a helpful attitude, and has basic knowledge in the auto industry to join our dynamic team.
- Graduate of any Accounting or Finance related course.
Proven ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed.- Knowledgeable in office and administrative procedures and practices.
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
