DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintain & ensures completeness and accuracy of accounting systems & record keeping on a regular basis.
Prepares accurate & timely accounting & financial reports.- In charge of Accounts Payable Trade, recording, checking of completeness of documents and check preparation.
Records monthly accruals, depreciation and amortization.
- Monitors increase / decrease in expenses.
Graduate of any Accounting or Finance related course.
- Proven ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed.
Knowledgeable in office and administrative procedures and practices.- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
