Job Qualifications:- Minimum 1-2 year experience as a Financial Specialist or other relevant role
Experience in sectors and companies with high sales volumes with previous possible roles such as financial analyst- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
An ability to analyze market trends and provide data-based advice and guidance
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles- Working knowledge of all Philippine statutory legislation and regulations
BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Create and manage the payment records
Manage and improve the billing system- Maintain the financial health of the organization
Be ready to build and train a larger Finance team in 2022
- Help executives to prepare financials forecast for potential fundraising
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.- Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
Support the businesses by corresponding with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.- Send out billing to clients and monitors statuses
Coordinate with payment collection agency when required
- Ensure proper collection and issuance of ORs
Processes all BIR documents and ensures approval
