Processing, analyzing and reporting of financial statements and journals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure policies are followed and refer/escalate where appropriate.
- Comply on provided legislations, industry codes, company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a good internal stakeholder relationship
- Resolve escalated issues/complaints in a timely fashion
- Perform routine tasks and reconciliations related to expense and management reporting (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually reports)
- Create accrual data entries in the sub-ledger system, extracting historical and statistical expense
- Extract ledger and expense reports using pre-determined system data queries
- Other tasks as assigned
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
- 0-1 year relevant experience
Preferred Competencies/Skills
- Basic understanding in using electronic spreadsheets, data analysis and reconciliation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS tools
- Attention to detail
Preferred Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting Principles
- Basic knowledge of General Accounting and Financial Processes.
