Description
The candidate will operate in a project management role to help deliver key global programmes with resources and partners across multiple geographies. The role will involve working in a cross-functional environment, dealing with a wide range of stakeholders at multiple levels of seniority to ensure the implementation of full-scope within stringent timelines and on budget.
- Project Planning:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Allocate resources and manage project budgets.
- Execution and Monitoring:
- Facilitate project teams in ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular status meetings with project teams.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Governance management
- Set up strong project governance aligning to overall program requirements.
- Set up reporting cadence and communication mechanism.
Qualifications
The Requirements:
Qualifications / Education
- Degree in Business, Management, Accounting or a related field
- Project management certification e.g. PMP or another is preferred
- Accounting background will be beneficial
Skills
- Experience in opportunity identification and business case creation
- Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and reach best possible result
- Must be able to independently identify root causes, gather and analyze data to support hypotheses and develop actionable recommendation
- Must be willing and able to travel and work in multiple time zones
Knowledge/Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion
- Exposure to communicating with senior stakeholders including c-suite team members
- Experience in opportunity identification and business case creation
