Graduate of Accounting, Finance or any related course
With at least 5-year work related experience preferably from the same industry (construction)
With experience in budget and cash flow and cash handling, finance, petty cash and liquidation audit, banking

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists the Finance Manager in the examination, verification and recording of payment order requests, purchase requests, job order requests, capital expenditures, activity design, and other payment requests from different departments if within the approved Budget Plan;
Assists the Finance Manager in preparing the supplemental budget;
Assists the Finance Manager in reviewing operating budgets on a regular basis to analyze trends affecting budget needs;
Assists the Finance Manager in reviewing the maintenance budget on a per asset basis and prepares the corresponding report;
Reports regularly to Finance Manager on the budget status of the company and the affairs of the department; the concerns encountered and resolutions;
Supports all activities of the finance department;
Ensure QMS related to the position will be implemented and strictly monitored;
Perform other tasks as may be instructed from time to time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
