Specialization Financial analysis
Reports to Managing Director
Job Overview Responsible for advising Management on how to increase profit through prudent
financial practices and monitoring and enforcing compliance with finance-related laws,
procedures and regulations such as tax filing and financial reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities Supervises the proper maintenance of all accounting records, ledgers, cash
receipts, accounts payable ledgers, check register and cash disbursement
journal.
Books including receipts & disbursements.
Prepares journal vouchers related to adjusting entries and other
transactions.
Monthly encoding of journal vouchers.
End of month closing.
Prepares trial balances and financial statements.
All monthly schedules.
Prepares quarterly income tax and vat returns and all other government required
reports.
Ensures that SSS premiums, withholding tax and all other taxes due to the
government are properly computed, accrued in the books and remitted on time.
Reviews / analyses financial reports and advises management on related trends
and / or recommends action.
Recommends and implements program for providing funds needed by the
company, including procurement of funds, and maintaining required funds.
Monitors internal controls to ensure its adequacy so that corrective action can be
taken when necessary at the earliest possible time.
Coordinates with external auditors in the execution of their program of
independent auditing and with other government agencies.
Coordinates with BIR examiners with regards to audit of the book of accounts.
Reviews long overdue debit balances of clients for proper follow-up of
collections and prompt reporting to management.
Other Responsibilities Performs other tasks as may be required by Management from time to time.

Scheduled Monthly Closing and Posting of books are attained at 100% of the
time per Top Management due date.
Compliance with yearly tax remittances and statutory compliance of the
company.
Timeliness and accuracy of report prepared by staff to be submitted to
Managing Director every Monday.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
- In depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry
legislation.
- Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
- 3 to 5 years managerial experience preferably in the same industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
