Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and capital expenditures.
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
• Collaborate with management to develop financial plans and long-term business strategies.
• Lead the finance arm of the company and mentor junior staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ Years of proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally within retail or consumer goods industries.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Highly organized, data-driven, analytical, and process-oriented.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
