As a Finance Manager, you'll oversee financial compliance in OpenAir and NetSuite, ensuring project finances run smoothly. Your day-to-day will involve managing project setup, reviewing and reconciling budgets, coaching project managers, and ensuring data accuracy. You'll also drive financial hygiene and compliance, providing insights and guidance to maximize project success.

• Review services sales orders and interpret solution estimates, contracts, and proposals to ensure alignment with service standards.
  
• Collaborate with project managers to set up financials in OpenAir, including budgets, billing, and revenue recognition rules.
  
• Calculate and post weekly costings and revenue recognition, addressing any inconsistencies.
  
• Reconcile OpenAir and NetSuite weekly after costings and revenue recognition postings.
  
• Oversee weekly reconciliation and review of project WIP balances.
  
• Refresh and review Power BI reporting in line with OpenAir and NetSuite reconciliations.
  
• Assist project managers with queries on financials.
  
• Drive OpenAir/project financial compliance with project managers, focusing on pending billings, WIP balances, and project completion.
  
• Conduct detailed project reviews with managers and other stakeholders to analyze budgeted vs. actual costs and identify lessons for future projects.
  

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: The Skills for Financial Mastery

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance-related field
  
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  
• Comprehensive understanding of revenue, costing, and project accounting
  
• Strong analytical and methodical approach
  
• Team spirit, integrity, and solid organizational skills
  
• Ability to work independently
