The Role

:As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial affairs of our hotel, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will collaborate closely with various departments and external partners to support the overall financial health and success of the organization

.

Key Areas of Responsibiliti

• es:Lead the control of inventory, credit, and collection, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in disbursements, deposits, and remittanc
• es.Establish and maintain adequate controls for all revenues, expenses, and assets, prioritizing the protection of financial resourc
• es.Maintain up-to-date account analysis and reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of financial recor
• ds.Prepare financial statements, accruals, and journal entries in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and corporate standar
• ds.Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, collaborating with the Director of Finance and other departmen
• ts.Supervise the day-to-day activities of the accounting staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure high performance and adherence to polici
• es.Oversee tax reporting and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including timely submission of returns and other required documentati
• on.Foster effective employee relations within the finance department, promoting professionalism, integrity, and accountabili
• ty.Collaborate with external partners such as lawyers, auditors, and banks, representing the organization with professionalism and integri
• ty.Maintain professional and technical competence through ongoing training and development initiatives, staying abreast of industry trends and best practic

Person Specifica

• ance.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management roles in Fin
