The mission for the Financial Manager is to drive the company forward through strategic financial planning, ownership and management of the Finance department, and initiatives that ensure top financial health.
- Ensure all regulatory & statutory obligations and filings done on a timely & accurate basis
Ensure all tax obligations are met on a timely & accurate basis- Deliver and file accurate and timely statutory financial statements
Project manage preparation and filing of statutory financial statements
- Implement business intelligence tools (PowerBI/other) to monitor and analyse budget, margins, liabilities, capex allocations, cash, and more
Deliver timely, reliable, and insightful monthly management & board reports, including but not limited to 13-week cash flow, and other analyses- Optimise funding mix in line with future capital utilisation to ensure healthy cash balances
Accomplish a strategic financial plan for new capital investments inline with revenues and EBIT targets
- Ensure all budget allocations follows financial plans with minimum variance
Engage in quarterly financial planning with management adjusting to strategic opportunities
Standard 8 hrs a day, 5x a week. Specific timeframe can be discussed but the operating hours of GA is 8 to 5pm.
On-site work. needed to report to GA- Plaridel, Bulacan site
CPA, with Strong background in accounting specifically with handling bills (I.e., accounts payables and receivables)- Good leadership and management skills
