Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

• Manage the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including scenario planning and financial modeling.

Optimize cash flow management and working capital to ensure financial stability.

• Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering professional development and ensuring effective performance.

Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.

• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

• Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP systems and financial management software.

• Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and practices.

Advanced financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
