DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained- Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing and other transactions)
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
- Manage the company's accounting, monitoring, and financial reporting systems
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA plus- 5-8 years experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into actionable information
Ability to work and communicate effectively- Excellent business judgment, analytical and decision-making skills
Knowledge of financial reporting
- Strongly demonstrated the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
