General Description:A
Finance Manager is responsible for the end-to-end Financial Management Department operations ensuring that policies, procedures, and guideline remain to be always updated and fully implemented not only in accordance with the latest applicable Financial Analyses, Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Forecasting/Budgeting, and Accounting concepts/principles but also with the Section's latest mission, vision, quality, and risk management objectives. Moreover, he/she shall recommend policy revisions and process improvements as well as to actively engage with the team's training and development, provide quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, building positive client/customer relations, and contributing to team effort by accomplishing targets with the organization's welfare in mind.
- With In-depth Knowledge on Financial Analysis, Managerial Accounting, Budgeting, Finance and Accounting concepts

- 1. Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy, Managerial Accounting, Financial Management, or any equivalent 4-year course
- 2. with at least 5 years of significant work experience in Finance and/or Accounting or its equivalent capacity, or at least 3 years of relevant supervisory/management experience in Finance or other related functions; and advantage if previously worked under healthcare industry
_The role is a full-time position. Duty schedule is 8 hours, Monday to Friday, Duty extension may be required as work demands._
