Job Duties & Responsibilities:- Managing the day-to-day financial operations, including payroll and accounts payable and receivable
Manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations- Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Preparing financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights to assist in resource allocation and financial planning.- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies
Update cash flow forecasting worksheets for management distribution.
- Perform monthly and annual reporting tasks, including reconciliations and financial statements.
Reconcile General Ledger and Balance Sheet accounts.- Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Perform end-of-month reconciliations and provide a monthly financial report
- Lead, monitor, and provide guidance to the direct report, fostering a collaborative and supporting work environment
Drive process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
CPA or non-CPA- Minimum 5 years experience as an Accountant or in a Finance Manager role
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- A positive, respectful, and solution-focused attitude especially when managing competing priorities
Can speak Mandarin Chinese
The salary for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
