QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or in a related field
Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in related field- Strong business sense and growth mindset, offer suggestions to management on how best to manage revenue and costs, for higher profitability
Above average to excellent skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- Experience in creating Profit and Loss report, sales vs expenses report and others.
Has knowledge in accounting and finance legalities and compliance.
Job Description:- Builds, leads and manages the financial processes; from budgeting, to cost management, finance tracking and audit
Ensures the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the business
- Executes & evaluates the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
Plans and proposes departmental and operations budget.- Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly, mid year and yearly financial reports.
Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and risk management
- Provides strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team through commercial analysis of data and financial performance
