Finance Manager
Job Description:
- Builds, leads and manages the financial processes; from budgeting, to cost management, finance tracking and audit
- Ensures the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the business
- Executes & evaluates the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
- Plans and proposes departmental and operations budget.
- Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly, mid year and yearly financial reports.
- Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and risk management
- Provides strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team through commercial analysis of data and financial performance
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in related field
- Strong business sense and growth mindset, offer suggestions to management on how best to manage revenue and costs, for higher profitability
- Has experience in using different accounting software.
