Position Overview:
The Finance Manager is responsible for a financial health of the company and records, and interprets financial data to help management make a good judgement in financial decisions. The FM ensures timely and accurate recording of all transactions summarized into monthly financial board reports, manages cash flow and coordinates with banks and financial institutions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy, CPA is preferred but not required
- With 3-5 years experience in a leadership role or in a management level position; strong people management capacity
- Proven experience in complete cycle in accounting, preparation of financial report, end-to-end payroll processing, statutory filings of government regulatory bodies (SEC, BIR, etc.)
- Background in the hospitality/restaurant industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
