Qualification

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with at least of 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales/Manufacturing companies
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.

Job Description
Overview: The Finance Manager will work directly with the President with the goal of the preparation of financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. She shall oversee the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial guidance to the management.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement)
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks
- Create financial reports and interpret financial information for management
- Financial Planning and Budgeting:
- Prepare financial forecasts
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis to evaluate business decisions
- Financial Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations
- Manage internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Financial Operations:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Strategic Financial Management:
- Develop strategies to improve profitability
- Leadership and Management:
- Lead and motivate the finance team
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders (banks)
