Financial Planning & Analysis
: Develop financial strategies, conduct forecasting, and manage budgeting.Reporting:
Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance.Budget Management: Oversee budget development and performance tracking, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, maintain banking relationships, and optimize working capital.
Operations:
Oversee daily financial operations and maintain financial controls.Strategic Leadership:
Provide financial guidance, participate in strategic planning, and assess financial risks.Technology: Implement and leverage financial software and systems for efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's or professional certification (CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial finance experience and preferably has experience working in a start-up company.
- Strong knowledge of finance principles and technology.
- Experience with startups is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
