2. General Responsibilities:
- To directly manage the following groups: Treasury, Inventory, Financial Reports & Analysis
- To supervise the following groups: Payables, Receivables, Taxes & Transfers, IT
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPA
- At least 3 years of work experience as Finance Head in companies engaged in residential or industrial real estate development
- Ability to construct and analyze Financial Reports and Financial Feasibility Studies
- Ability to secure and manage loans for projects
- Ability to create/improve systems in the entire Division for greater security and efficiency
- Ability to apply risk management strategies for portfolio management
- Knowledgeable on ERP systems and has the ability to facilitate the migration process from an old accounting system to a new ERP system
