We are looking for a full-time Finance and Admin Manager to join our team. This is an on-site role located in Pasig. As the Finance and Admin Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial operations and administrative tasks, including budget planning, financial reporting, payroll processing, and office administration. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal, fiscal, and administrative requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
At least five years of experience working in finance and administration roles, with a focus on financial management, budget planning, and administrative tasks.
- A strong understanding of financial reports, laws, and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail and accuracy.- Experience working with accounting software and Excel spreadsheets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a healthcare training facility or related industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
