Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in financial management
- CPA certification is preferred but not required
What You Will Do:
- Evaluate financial performance, aligning with operational goals, budgets, and forecasts, and provide valuable insights and recommendations for both short-term and long-term growth plans.
- Establish annual financial objectives
- Lead the financial planning and analysis department, overseeing the development and maintenance of monthly and annual operating budgets
- Oversee the accounting department, ensuring proper functioning of systems and software, maintaining internal controls, and reviewing financial procedures for compliance.
- Ensure optimal cash management, including planning, utilization, and availability and reporting
- If needed, ensure legal and regulatory compliance of entities and processes therein
