Finance Manager

The Finance Section is part of the Finance and Accounting Department. It is responsible for managing all the financial aspects of the business or company. Its primary purpose is to analyze and report financial transactions and information related to the company's operations. The Section is critical for the financial health of the organization, as it provides the necessary financial information and analysis for decision-making, and reporting to stakeholders.

The specific functions within the Section include Treasury and Cash Management. Also reporting to the Department (functionally) are the Associate - Cashiers of the company stores.

Oversees and manages the day-to-day treasury and cash management transactions of the company as well as the safeguarding of all its resources and timely payment of its obligations to support and sustain its operations. Proposes high-yield short term investment options for the excess cash held by the company, such as but not limited to money market, time deposits, stocks, and bonds.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years Managerial experience in finance-related jobs.
• At least a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance and other related courses.
• With strong experiencing working within retail, financing, or automotive companies
• Certified Public Accountant
• Experience in ERP (SAP is an advantage)
• Keen to details.
• Keen in implementing policies and procedures.
• An advantage: Experience in Point-Of-Sale System (POS).
• Must be computer literate with advanced MS Office skills.
