The Finance Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Company's financial action, strategic planning, policy development and monitoring the overall performance towards business viability. Will take charge of the management of funds, with the goal of maximizing returns and minimizing risks by preparing the financial statement and its analysis, recommending necessary actions, implementing controls and overseeing both the Finance & General Audit and Taxation Department. Main responsibility is to ensure the company's overall financial status from a bigger scale. Will provide timely and proactive financial evaluation, information and advise to enable management to develop and execute plans and make informed decisions. The role sees to it that all financial data and reports are timely, accurate and within the generally accepted accounting principles. Produces cash flow analysis, annual operating and capital budgets, and analytical reports as needed. Ensures all national and local taxes, licenses and permits are filed and paid on a time. Advises the General Manager and President on financial matters.
This role will be responsible with management of all internal and external financial policies and procedures, financial planning, analysis and risks and defining and analyzing future business opportunities.
Job Description:
Management of internal finance reports & analysis, budget, cash flow and forecasting. Overall, ensures sustainable internal finance management of the company.
Prepares all tax compliances & payments are made on time & sees to it that the company is complying with all government reports & requirements.
Analyze and propose strategic business decisions for the sustainability of the business and operations (cost saving, investments etc)
Make improvement on internal processes and procedures, simplify work flow, share best practices in order to have a more effective and efficient work environment
Requirements:
. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
At least 5-10 years of experience in General Accounting, Finance Analysis & Planning, Taxation and Audit
At least 3 yrs of managerial experience in (F&B) and retail industry
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
. Adept at managing and leading a dynamic team, fostering collaboration, growth and synergy
With exceptional communication and presentation skills
. Unwavering integrity and ethical standards
. Must be highly analytical
Is pro-active and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Advanced knowledge in Excel and other accounting softwares
Preferably residents of Antipolo, Marikina & other nearby areas.
