Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies in alignment with organizational goals.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate office logistics for meetings and events.- Participate in strategic planning processes and contribute financial insights.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
Candidate must be a CPA with at least 10 years of work experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Exposure in Retail, Manufacturing, Accounting firm and Constructions industry is IDEAL.
Experience in Payroll Administration, Taxation and General Accounting.- Maturity and authority to decide when to involve operations and effectively play the independent Finance role.
A team player, flexible, knowledgeable in financial analysis and strategy
- Candidate must be amenable to work in Makati.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
