We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to oversee and enhance the critical areas of financial management within our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and strategic direction of E Purple T Holdings Group and its subsidiaries.
Treasury and Cash Management: Oversee and manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions for operational efficiency.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and maintenance of financial records.
Statutory Compliance:
Handle statutory compliance requirements, including taxation and regulatory matters.Budgeting:
Develop and manage budgets, forecasting financial performance and planning for future growth.Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and reports required by banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
Group and Individual Support: Provide financial insights and strategic advice to both individual company management teams and the broader E Purple T Holdings Group. Support informed decision-making for both operational and strategic purposes.
Graduate of Finance, Banking or Business Degree; MBA an advantage
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Treasury
Solid understanding of cash management, cash planning, dept management, investment management, managing banking relations, accounting principles, risk management, financial reporting and compliance requirements
