Job Qualifications:- Should be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Five (5) years or more relevant experience in the following functional areas: (1) Financial Reporting and (2) Budget and Control- SAP and Sage 50 Knowledge is an advantage
Handle the bookkeeping, monitoring, and control of financial transactions of the property- Provide accurate and reliable information to assist management and operations in evaluating the results of financial operations
Monitor the billing and collection
- Prepare and comply with the regulatory requirements with BIR, External Auditor and SEC
Prepares monthly bank reconciliation and disposes / resolves the reconciling items- Reviews and analyses yearend forecast and annual budget per property
Attends to additional concerns/requested financial reports by the BOT/Finance Committee
