Job Description

Our Client:

A construction and development company specializing in residential, industrial and commercial projects.
  • Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing the financial operations of the company. This position involves overseeing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the annual budget, monitor actual vs. budgeted performance, and provide variance analysis.Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs. Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to improve financial efficiency.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Identify and mitigate financial risks.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support business initiatives and provide financial insights.
  • Job Requirements:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any equivalent
  • CPA is an advantage but not a requirement
Must have at least 10 years experience in Construction industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Must have a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
Must be open to work onsite from Monday to Saturday (Saturday is half day)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php100,
  • 00 per month

  • 8 hour shift
