Job Overview:Capitan.ph is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Lead to join our dynamic team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for determining the pricing for bundling services, managing
invoicing processes with partners and clients, and closely monitoring profit and loss (P&L) as well as
other vital financial metrics. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a
keen eye for detail.
Pricing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement pricing strategies for bundled services.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform pricing decisions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with market
trends and business objectives.
Oversee and manage the invoicing process for partners and clients.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoices.
Resolve any invoicing discrepancies and handle client queries related to billing.
- Financial Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the company's P&L statements and other financial metrics.
Prepare regular financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Provide insights and recommendations for financial growth and stability.
Work closely with other departments to ensure financial strategies are integrated
across the company.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
A minimum of [3] years of experience in a finance role, with a proven track record in pricing
strategy and financial analysis.
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
Proficient in financial software, as well as Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
