Finance Head

Join our dynamic group of companies. We are looking for our Head of Finance to supervise all financial and accounting-related tasks of the company. Responsibilities include forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and day-to-day operations, and ensuring all activities comply with regulations.

• Job Responsibilities:

Provides leadership, direction, and strategy the finance and accounting team

• Establishes and develops relationships with senior management and stakeholders

Manages financial forecasting, budgeting, treasury processes, risk management and compliance

• Monitors and ensures accurate and timely full compliance of tax provisions and other requirements

Adheres to all statutory requirements by the SEC and other government entries with oversight over the financial operations of the company

• Ensures cash flow is compatible with the requirement of company operation by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting and activities of the organization

Prepares monthly and annual reports such as Financial Statement

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any related Accounting and/or Finance course

• Preferably with CPA or Master's degree but not required

Extensive financial and accounting background including deep understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management

• At least 15 years of experience in General Accounting, Cost Planning, Treasury and Taxation

Pay: Php50,
