As part of this team, your department covers a wide range of functions related to achieving financial stability for the overall system
The Grind
- Providing support to the Accounting Department
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, AP and/or AR
- Handling communications with vendors, guests, property owners, and colleagues via phone, email, and in-person
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Adhoc accounting task as may be assigned by the Direct Manager or Head of Finance
The Driving Force
- Strong understanding of various accounting facets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Technologically adept and can quickly adapt to new tools
- Logical thinker with strong analytical abilities
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency, are organized, and have great attention to details
- Eager to learn and open to facing new challenges
- Capable to meet tight deadlines effectively
The Fundamentals
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years experience under Finance/Accounting department
