Finance Executive

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare daily settlements to merchants and monthly payment to the suppliers.
• Prepare daily reports for selected merchants.
• Perform withdrawal in the system/ portal.
• Perform reconciliation of bank receipts and reconciliation of the merchant/s processed refunds in the system against the requests
• Prepare monthly invoices.
• Prepare original receipts for collections and income from merchants.
• Assist Financial Operations with ad hoc tasks such as but not limited to monthly closing and financial reports.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Any bachelor's degree, or preferably in bachelor's in accountancy, Finance, Banking & Finance, Management
• Working experience is not essential; fresh college graduates are eligible to apply. Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable is a plus.
• Positive attitude, espouses teamwork, with strong work ethic, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Good knowledge of financial and reporting systems; Knowledge of financial regulations.
