- Lead the Philippines Finance and Accounting team
- Provide strategic recommendations on business and financial planning to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting
- Set comprehensive goals for operations and growth that link to business objectives and financial performance, and evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting metrics and data
- Support the CEO in fundraising ventures and participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)
- Work with the executive leadership team in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance as well as managing and mitigating financial and other types of risk
- Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury-related activities
- Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies
- Providing oversight on tax, internal controls and audit-related matters
What do we look for in you
- You have 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance leadership
- Preferably 5+ years experience in Gaming industry will be preferred
- You are a Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
- You have prior country experience in a similar role
- You are a strong leader and possess excellent analytical skills.
- Expertise in Accounting, Financial Planning, Analysis, Taxation, Audit
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
