Job Decription:- Ensures completeness of cash advances record or releases from the bank for audit and liquidation purposes
Generates report and status of cash advances made and reports to the Finance Committee periodically- Sends due cash advances to each employee and follow up liquidations from time to time
Reconciles cash advances and liquidations with all the employees with cash advances and ensure that all documents are checked and validated
- Validates documents submitted
Posts validated liquidations to the Finance Portal- Initiates and implements Audit initiatives
Sends out communication and notices to employees with due for liquidations and funds for Salary Deductions
- Manages Finance Coordinators assigned in each region
Abide and perform to the best of his/her abilities all functions, duties, and responsibilities to be assigned by the Finance Officer- Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by AAI through its authorized representatives.
Perform any other administrative on non-administrative duties as assigned by any of AAI's representatives from time to time either through direct written order or by verbal assignment.
Submits timely and accurate liquidation of expenses as prescribed by the company guidelines
- Documents and files all relevant information including minutes of meetings related to Cash Advances, Audit and Liquidations
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
6 months to 1 year experienced in audit; knowledge in marketing and promotion is an advantage- Must be willing to travel and do field audit
