Job Description
As the Finance Controller (SVP Level), the responsibilities would be as follows:- Financial Governance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the manufacturing industry.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and processes to guarantee accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Lead the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making.
- Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and statutory regulations.
- Cost Management:
- Implement effective cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic guidance on cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality and compliance.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals and objectives.
