About the Job

The Finance Business Partner for Corporate Function will be responsible for overall strategic business partnering with HR, Finance, Internal Audit, Legal & Compliance business unit/department, building strong relationships, leading financial reviews to understand challenges and opportunities, as well as managing overheads & capital expenditures in partnership with the BU leaders.

The role will also be responsible for implementing the budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting within the respective business unit/department.

As a Business Partner, the role will have heavy interaction with various people in the respective BU/departments in evaluating their performance with the objective of identifying and analyzing key business drivers, issues, and opportunities and providing top management with insights and recommendations to make strategic decisions .

The ideal candidate will have a strong record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player.

• Graduate of Finance or any related course. CPA preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably with focus on Function Controllership/Business partnering within a fast-paced business/industry.
• Experience in Logistics & Services industry is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills i.e., analyze data, capture gaps while executing control, identify ways to fix the issue and suggest necessary process improvement to avoid such instances from recurring
• Stakeholder management i.e., engage with senior leaders, manage expectations and ability to speak-up & influence without authority.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP system, preferably with Netsuite
• Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
