About the Role
Responsibilities:
Finance Partnering:
- Serve as finance partner for the Country Head and project teams, managing monthly reporting and supporting business planning with analysis and FP&A modeling.
- Collaborate on annual budget planning and track expenses, P&L, and key KPIs.
Financial Accounting:
- Support audits, ensure accounting and tax compliance, and drive finance control improvements.
Collaboration:
- Partner with the Head of Finance, external providers, and cross-functional teams with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, CPA) with 5+ years in management reporting.Advanced skills in MS-Office suite (Power BI, MS Excel, Powerpoint)
- Able to apply technical Accounting and Tax advice, familiarity with IFRS
- Effective communicator and problem-solver with a self-starter, change-focused mindset.
