QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management or related field.
At least two (2) years of professional experience in billing management, finance operations or a related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency at using Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
Adept at multitasking and possesses strong attention to detail, and organizational skills- Self-starter, able to learn using new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
Prepares accurate and timely statements of accounts for clients (employer partners).- Ensures timely and accurate processing of loan and salary deduction transactions.
Addresses billing concerns relayed by Client Success Managers/Account Managers.
- Investigates and resolves discrepancies or issues related to billing.
Issues acknowledgement receipts for payments received from clients.- Maintains accurate records of statements of accounts and acknowledgements of receipts, as well as billing information details for all employer partners.
Works closely with Client Success Managers/Account Managers in ensuring that employer partners have a positive experience when it comes to the billing process.
- Collaborates with various internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Provides insights and suggestions for process improvement and optimizations
