The Finance Associate performs administrative tasks supporting Finance professionals and strategists. By taking on routine functions and overcoming day-to-day challenges and time-consuming tasks, the Finance Associate clears the way for successful financial strategies.
Collect and enter data, process and prepare documents, check balances, and perform other regular tasks that facilitate the maintenance of financial accounts.
- Ensure that company transactions and processes adhere to standards, look through data and make sure all entries and calculations are correct.
Fix discrepancies or errors identified, investigate and ask questions, and report any discoveries to proper company authorities.- Facilitate regulatory compliance; secure permits and liaison with the government.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
At least 1 year of accumulated work experience in financial management or accounting;
- Experience in coordinating and transacting with government agencies (PEZA, BIR) and suppliers;
Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), QuickBooks, or any accounting software- Experience in timekeeping and payroll
Can work with less supervision
