QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
- Must have 1 year work experience in Accounting/Finance Operations
- Willing to be assigned in Two Ecom, Pasay City
- Can start as soon as possible
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shall assist in daily operational process & systems requirements by ensuring the proper documentary, filling of request/s & approvals are available prior to administering accesses to the assigned online portals.
- Shall ensure proper monitoring and updating of access management report.
- Shall ensure proper documentation and safe keeping of history, policies, manual and changes made and/or pending for development of online portals and processes.
- Shall assist in collating the references and attachments required for policy routing and shall monitor its returns & approval
- Shall assist in creation, updating and uploading to SharePoint of latest operational manual and process maps
