FINANCE ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General Accounting or equivalent.- Familiar with Tax Laws and provisions
With knowledge in computer accounting system
- Should have strong analytical and planning skills
Meticulous, honest and trustworthy- Must have the ability to multi-task
General Accounting/Bookkeeping/Operating Cost Analysis- Follow-up and monitor Billing of all clients
Prepare and maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
- Update and maintain the general ledger
Assist in preparation of the financial report- Maintains historical records by filing of documents
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information
- Monitoring and renewal of Company Government Licenses and Permits (Mayor's Permit, Barangay Clearance, BIR Registration, SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), Customs Clearance etc.
Recording and filing of accounting transactions- Perform other duties that may be assigned
