The
Finance Assistant is responsible for performing the dealership's financial transactions.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Excellent in written and oral communication- Record keeping. admin work and monitor cash flow
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Prepares billing of Parts & Accessories Order for services rendered to both external and internal customers
- Prepares billing of Service Repair Orders for services rendered to both external and internal customers
Prepares daily/weekly Service Sales Report- Checks if all the invoices due to the customer are accounted for and correct
Maintains accurate record of all invoices and hard copies
