Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Management:
Ensure compliance with government regulations such as SSS (Social Security System), PhilHealth (Philippine Health Insurance Corporation), and Pag-IBIG (Home Development Mutual Fund).
  • Manage and monitor the timely submission of mandatory reports, payments, and filings related to these regulatory bodies.
Payroll Administration:
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
Calculate and deduct appropriate contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and taxes from employee salaries.
Business Registrations and Permits: Coordinate the registration, renewal, and maintenance of business permits and licenses required by local government units and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and kept current.
Financial Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and compliance-related documents.
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management as required.
  • Internal Audits and Reviews:
Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify areas for improvement in compliance processes and implement necessary changes.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to regulatory agencies as required.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and records related to compliance activities.
Training and Communication: Educate and train employees on compliance matters, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and issues.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in a similar role, preferably in compliance management or administrative functions.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG regulations, and business registration processes.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,
  • 00 - Php24,000.00 per month

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
