Preparation of Billing Statements and issuance of Official Receipts- Preparation of monthly and or quarterly 2307 for suppliers
Preparation of monthly tax-related returns like 0619E, 2550Q
- Provide assistance in documentation requirements with the external auditors and with the BIR
Recording journal entries and managing the Books of Accounts- Filing of Accounting and Admin documents and records
Processing of Business Permit renewals and updating records to other government agencies (SSS, PHIC & PAGIBIG) if necessary
- Assists in other administrative responsibilities like sourcing of supplier, dispatch of documents
Such other duties as may be designated or assigned by the Company as may be made known to you.
Qualifications:- College graduate or at least College level
At least 1 to 2 year experience in related field
- Basic knowledge of Accounting or financial principles and Taxation
Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures- Experience in computerized Accounting is a plus but not required
Knowledgeable in MS Excel
