Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) but NON- CPA is also welcome to apply.- Minimum of at least 5 years progressive work experience in the field of accounting and finance.
Ability to lead, supervise, and manage a team of accounting support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Proven knowledge and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to generate comprehensive financial statement reports.
Proficient in using MS Office particularly in MS Excel, including the use of advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas to streamline financial data analysis and reporting.- In-depth knowledge of BIR Tax regulatory compliance and its policies.
Strong background in developing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis to drive business growth, optimize financial performance, and achieve company objectives.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, suppliers, and government authorities.- Possessed strong work ethics and professionalism.
