WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- _Finance and Accounting Operations_
- Oversees the tax compliance and tax data distribution of Insurance Partners
Submission of Insurance Partners tax remittances- Oversees the fund management of Insurance Partners
Handles the tax compliance of the company
- Handles the general accounting which includes but not limited to -Bank reconciliation, Joint Venture Payroll, depreciation reports, etc)
Reviews and ensures zero discrepancies in the cash advance liquidations- Sends the online distribution of employee payslips
Works closely with the F&A Manager for statutory year-end audits and business expansions
_2. Team Management_
- Serve as primary escalation point for resolving issues that are forwarded by direct reports which require special handling
In-charge of Team schedules, workload, Leave and OT approvals, and business continuity planning- Training and management of Team productivity and efficiency for daily operations and special projects
Conduct bi-annual performance evaluation for Team / direct reports
- Secures and updates documentation for Team manual on SOPs in coordination with Department Head
Work with Department Head to identify improvements (process, policies, system enhancement)
Graduate of Accountancy or equivalent- At least 3 years of F&A work experience with knowledge/experience in tax compliance and general accounting
Experience working for a startup company with creating policies and processes is an advantage
- Experience in creating subsidiary companies is an advantage
1 year experience in Team Leadership and/or handling and training staff- Adept in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint
Fluent level of proficiency in both English and Tagalog oral and written communication
